Applicable Models: Selfie Screen and Selfie Screen with Light

Below you will find FAQ about charging and battery life of Selfie Screen, helping you quickly understand the power consumption of the device and take selfies anytime and anywhere.

1. Does Selfie Screen need to be charged, or can it charge a mobile phone?

The selfie screen does not contain a battery and supports plug-and-play use. It does not require charging and cannot charge the phone.

2. Does Selfie Screen use the phone's battery when connected by a cable? What is the power consumption?

When the fill light is turned on and you take more than 200 photos continuously in 10 minutes, the phone battery only consumes about 6%. If you use it intermittently, the power consumption is barely noticeable. To reduce unnecessary battery drain, it is recommended to turn off the screen or disconnect the USB‑C connection when not using the Selfie Screen.
