In this case, the camera may have frozen. Please long-press the power button for 7 seconds to force shutdown.
If the app page displays "Activation failed" and prompts "Please connect to the Internet before starting camera activation" when you try to activate ONE X2, please follow the steps below to activate the camera.

If the Gyro data is abnormal, it will cause the image of the captured video to lose stabilization or cause the horizontal of the image to be incorrect. So in general, Gyro calibration can ensure that the subsequent shooting materials will not have similar problems.
The image of the captured videos will possibly be jittery or the horizontal of the photo will be incorrect. Please refer to the tutorial to perform Gyro calibration. (Note: Gyro calibration will only affect the newly shot videos. The App or Studio cannot be used to adjust the already captured videos. So it is recommended to use third-party software to adjust: Premiere Pro 2019 or Final Cut Pro X 10.4 has its own direction adjustment plug-in for this purpose. Photoshop 2019 or higher can help with photos.)
There are two methods to update firmware: via the app and via Micro SD card. If the update fails and the camera cannot be shut down normally, please press and hold the power button for 7 seconds or pull out the battery to force power off the camera, and then refer to the following steps to fix it.
If it failed via the app, it is recommended to restart the camera and try again; If it still fails, it is recommended to do an update via Micro SD card. Please refer to the tutorial for detailed steps.
