The battery capacity of ONE X2 is 1630mAh. Under normal conditions, one fully charged battery can continuously shoot for roughly 80 minutes at 5.7K@30fps.

Q2: How can I charge the ONE X2 battery?

There are 2 charging methods:

  1. Charging via ONE X2: Using a 5V 2A adapter and type-C cable, it will take 85 minutes to fully charge one battery.
  2. Charging via Smart Charger: Using the official 9V 2A adapter, a single battery can be fully charged in 60 minutes; 2 batteries can be fully charged in 80 minutes; 3 batteries can be fully charged in 110 minutes.

Q3: Can ONE X2 be charged while shooting? If so, what are the required input voltage and current?

ONE X2 supports charging while shooting; the required input voltage and current is 5V 2A. However, if it is used in a relatively high-temperature environment, such as outdoor direct sunlight, please pay attention to the temperature of the camera body and avoid crashes.

Q4: What should I do if the battery cannot be directly charged in the camera?

If the battery is installed in the ONE X2 and left to charge for 90 minutes, and it cannot be fully charged or even cannot be charged at all, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Make sure the charging adapter and type-c cable are both working and the output is 5V 2A.
Step 2: Check the indicator status after connecting the power supply;
Steady Red: It indicates that the battery is being charged; please check the battery after charging 90 mins;

  • If there is no change, please try to charge with another battery to check whether it is the battery or camera causing the issue.

Flashing Red: It indicates that the battery has not been recognized by the camera; please remove the battery and clean the battery/compartment of any foreign matter.

  • If the indicator still flashes red, please charge the camera with another battery to check whether it is the battery or camera causing the issue.

Off: It indicates that the camera has not been connected to power; please remove the battery and check the status for the indicator;
