The battery capacity of ONE X2 is 1630mAh. Under normal conditions, one fully charged battery can continuously shoot for roughly 80 minutes at 5.7K@30fps.
There are 2 charging methods:
ONE X2 supports charging while shooting; the required input voltage and current is 5V 2A. However, if it is used in a relatively high-temperature environment, such as outdoor direct sunlight, please pay attention to the temperature of the camera body and avoid crashes.
If the battery is installed in the ONE X2 and left to charge for 90 minutes, and it cannot be fully charged or even cannot be charged at all, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot. Step 1: Make sure the charging adapter and type-c cable are both working and the output is 5V 2A. Step 2: Check the indicator status after connecting the power supply; Steady Red: It indicates that the battery is being charged; please check the battery after charging 90 mins;
Flashing Red: It indicates that the battery has not been recognized by the camera; please remove the battery and clean the battery/compartment of any foreign matter.
Off: It indicates that the camera has not been connected to power; please remove the battery and check the status for the indicator;
