Q1. How do I add or upload a custom logo?

Please refer to this How do I add/change the watermark (button LOGO)? to add or modify the bottom logo.

Q2. Why is there a circular black shadow in the middle of the photo or video, is the camera malfunctioning?

No, the round black shadow shows that the Logo setting is on. You can turn it off by clicking the settings button in the upper right corner, or select “None” in the App’s Setting.

Q3. Why is there no watermark on my video?

The video watermark will only take effect if the exported video is a Fixframe, Small Video or Bullet Time Video. If you are exporting a 360 video, there will be no video watermark.
