Q1. How do I update firmware?

There are 2 methods to update: via APP or via a computer. See this tutorial for details.

Q2. What does the indicator light show during the firmware update?

It will flash blue slowly during the firmware update, and become solid white after it is finished.

Q3. Does the firmware update need a minimum battery remaining?

Firmware updates require at least 15% battery remaining.

Q4. Will there be firmware update prompt if GO is connected to phone?

Yes, if there is a firmware update, the app will prompt you as long as GO is connected.

Q5. Can I update via Bluetooth?

No.
