The Insta360 app is an advanced, AI-powered editing suite and as such requires a certain level of processing power to run smoothly. It is therefore recommended to only use mobile devices that meet the following requirements:

Phones with the 802.11ac WiFi will be able to achieve the faster WiFi speed. There's no difference when it comes to iOS and Android phones.
