Firmware Update
Q1 Fail to update camera firmware?
Update camera firmware via Micro SD card:
- Please check if the format of the SD card is UHS-I, exFAT(FAT64) or not.
- Please check the firmware package downloaded is for ONE or not.
- Please check if the firmware package is located in the root library.
- If no response, please format the SD card and try to update again.
- If problems cannot be solved, please contact us via Insta360 Online Service or email(service@insta360.com).
Update camera firmware via ONE App:
- Please check if the App is the latest version or not.
- Please keep ONE App open during firmware update and if you put the App to background, it will cause updating fail.
- If problems cannot be solved, please contact us via Insta360 Online Service or email(service@insta360.com).
Q2 How to check the firmware version of the camera?
ONE supports UHS-I, exFAT (FAT64) format Micro SD card up to 128G. Recommending a Samsung SD card (Jingdong purchase link, Amazon purchase link). Without SD card, photos/videos are saved in ONE App.
- Connect ONE to Phone/Pad -> tap Setting of iPhone/iPad -> tap General -> tap About -> Insta360 ONE
- Or connect ONE to Phone/Pad -> open ONE App -> tap Setting -> tap About Insta360 -> Firmware.
