Q1 How to connect the camera via Bluetooth?

• *Please do not plug in the ONE to your phone when using Bluetooth connection.
• *Camera Bluetooth function can only be used with MicroSD card installed.
• 1. Press the power button to turn on the camera and the Bluetooth of ONE is enabled by default.
• 2. Turn on the Bluetooth of Phone/Pad.
• 3. Open ONE App -> tap Camera button -> tap Bluetooth button on the left-down corner.



• 4. Select Insta360 ONE in the devices list.
• 5. After successful connection, you can control the camera in the effective operating distance.
• 6. And after shooting, connect the camera to Phone/Pad to review.

Q2 Cannot find the Bluetooth of ONE?

• 1. Please check if the camera is on or not.
• 2. Please check if the Bluetooth of Phone/Pad is on or not.
• 3. Please check if the camera is in the effective operating distance.
• 4. Please check if the version of ONE App and camera firmware are the latest.
