Q1 How to make live streaming with Nano camera?

• • Insta360 Nano now supports 360 live streaming on Facebook, Youtube, Periscope, Weibo. Connect Nano to iPhone, and select 360 Live mode, authorize your account and make live-streaming. Also, you can try Animation Live mode. More details please check Insta360 Live Streaming Tutorial.

Q2 What can I do if the live streaming server does not respond?

• 1. Check Internet connection on your iPhone;
• 2. Try to make live streaming in a better network environment.

Q3 Where will the photos/videos save? At Micro SD card or Nano App album?

• 1. If there is a Micro SD card in Nano, photos will save at both Micro SD card and Nano App album while videos will save at Micro SD card;
• 2. If there is no Micro SD card in Nano, you can not use it independently and all the photos and videos will be saved in Nano App album.
• 3. If function(save files in Nano App automatically) is off, you can download photos/videos maually.

Q4 Why the dates of the files is not matched to the real time?

Please attach Nano to iPhone again to recover the time settings.
