Q1 What can I do if the camera has no response(cannot turn it on)?

- 1. Check Nano if it is out of battery, please charge it first.
- 2. Check versions of camera firmware and Nano App, please update the latest version.
- 3. If Nano still has no response, please try to long-press the power button for 20 seconds or press the reset hole underneath the camera via the pin to reset (Reset Tutorial).
- 4. If the blue/green light keeps on after firmware update, please first try to long press the button for 20s to reset. If no response, please try to format the microSD card. And if still no response, please plug the microSD card and try to update the camera firmware via microSD card.
- 5. Connect Nano to iPhone, open Settings-->General-->About-->Scroll to the bottom---> You find the Insta360 nano here but it is disconnected on software, please first try to shut down the App and unplug & plug the camera again onto the phone. If still no response, try to delete and reinstall App and unplug & plug the camera again onto the phone.
- 6. Connect Nano to iPhone, open Settings-->General-->About-->Scroll to the bottom---> You don't find the Insta360 nano here, please try to check the Lightning connector first. If still no response, try to restart your iPhone and unplug & plug the camera again onto the phone.
Q2 Does Nano support bluetooth?
Sorry, temporarily Nano supports neither WIFI nor bluetooth.
Q3 Does it require WIFI connection while Nano camera attached to iPhone?
There is no WIFI function on Nano. Nano App pops up automatically when Nano is attached to iPhone.
