Q1 What is blue LED indicator blinking for?
- 1. Blue LED indicator blinking stands for irregular errors with Micro SD card (TF card). If there is no Micro SD card in Nano, it keeps blinking blue and you can check LED Indicator Status to see more information.
- 2. Please check if you have updated the firmware for Nano camera and App on iPhone to the latest version.
Q2 How to check the firmware version of Nano?
- There are two ways to check firmware version of Nano:
- 1. Plug Nano to iPhoe, go to Settings on iPhone->Gerneral->About and click Insta360 Nano option to view the details of Nano.
- 2.Plug Nano to iPhone and open Nano App, click About on Setting button.
Q3 How long can Nano canmera work?
Nano can last as long as 1 hour when it is used independently for shooting.
- When it is used independently, it will turn to power-saving mode if there's no operation over 1 minute, and will be shut down automatically if there's no operation over 5 minutes.
- If you disconnect it from iPhone, it will be shut down automatically if there's no operation over 5 seconds.
Q4 I've downloaded the up-to-date firmware, put the TF card into slot, and restarted Nano. But I still get the new firmware detected notice. What can I do?
Restart the Nano camera, unplug the TF card then plug it into the slot again, wait for 30-40 seconds until the blue indicator turns to green light. If problems still cannot be solved, please contact Insta360 Online Service.
Q5 How can I use Nano camera on drone?
Sorry, there is still no official attachment designed for drone gimbal.
Q6 Does Nano camera has a build-in battery? Can I charge it whlie operating it?
Yes, it has. It is not recommended charging Nano while you are operating it, because damages might be caused.
Q7 How to charge Nano camera?
Please charge Nano camera with (5V/1A)adapter via USB port. And you can check LED Indicator Reference.
Q8 How to check the battery status of the Nano camera?
- Plug Nano to iPhone and open Nano App;
- On shooting page, you can check the battery status of it on upper left corner. If it shows red battery, it means Nano has to be charged.
Q9 Is Nano camera waterproof? How about the stabilization mode?
It's not waterproof, and waterproof accessories will release for Nano in the future. And Nano does not support shooting while shaking violently.
Q10 Does the Nano camera can be charged when it attached to the iPhone?
No, Apple forbids that.
