Mic Pro: Pairing
Mic Pro: Pairing
Applicable Models: Mic Pro
This article describes how to pair the microphone transmitter and receiver, involving pairing a single transmitter with a receiver, pairing multiple transmitters, and pairing multiple receivers, to meet your diverse audio capture needs and enable free creation.
Pairing a single transmitter and receiver
Method 1: Auto pairing
- Place the transmitter and receiver you want to pair together into the charging case.
- If the charging case detects an unpaired transmitter, the receiver screen will prompt "Detected unpaired TX inside the charging case". Tap "Pair" to complete the pairing.
Method 2: Manual pairing
- Triple-press the power button on the transmitter to be paired to enter the pairing mode. The function indicator will then flash rapidly.
- On the Home page of the receiver, swipe down from the top of the touchscreen to enter the Control Center, then tap "Connection" > "Pair". The receiver will automatically search for transmitters in the pairing mode nearby.
- When a transmitter is detected, tap the transmitter name at the top of the touchscreen. The corresponding transmitter's purple indicator will then flash rapidly.
- Tap the "Pair" button on the right side of the screen. When the transmitter indicator becomes solidly lit, pairing is successful.
Please note: To unbind a transmitter, tap the "Delete" button next to the device name.
Pairing multiple transmitters (Multi-TX Mode)
Mic Pro supports connecting multiple transmitters: one receiver can connect to up to 4 transmitters. The procedure is as follows.
Method 1: Auto pairing
- Remove an already paired transmitter from the charging case.
- Place a new transmitter to be paired into the charging case and the pairing will be automatically completed. After successful pairing, the indicator will become solidly lit.
- Repeat the above steps to add more transmitters one by one.
Method 2: Manual pairing
- Triple-press the power button on all transmitters to be paired to enter the pairing mode.
- On the Home page of the receiver, swipe down from the top of the touchscreen to enter the Control Center, then tap "Connection" > "Pair". The receiver will automatically search for and connect to transmitters in the pairing mode nearby.
- When transmitters are detected, tap the transmitter names at the top of the touchscreen one by one, then tap the "Pair" button on the right side of the screen to complete pairing.
Pairing multiple receivers (Multi-RX Mode)
Mic Pro supports the Multi-RX Mode, allowing you to pair two transmitters with up to four receivers. The procedure is as follows.
- Select one receiver as the master receiver (Receiver A), and designate the other receivers as Receiver B, C, D, etc.
- On the Home page of Receiver A, swipe down from the top of the touchscreen to enter the Control Center, tap "Connection" > "Pairing Mode" > switch to "Multi-RX".
Please note: The default mode is "Multi-TX". Switching to another mode will unbind all previously paired devices, and they will need to be paired again.
- In the Control Center of Receiver A, select "Connection" > "Pair".
- Triple-press the power button on all receivers to be paired (B, C, D, etc.) and all transmitters simultaneously to enter the pairing mode.
- On the "Pair" page of Receiver A, find the name for Receiver B, and tap "Pair".
- A confirmation prompt will appear on the screen of receiver B. Tap "Confirm".
- On Receiver A, follow the manual pairing steps to complete transmitter pairing. After successful pairing, all receivers will simultaneously receive audio signals from the transmitters and automatically follow the settings of the master receiver (such as timecode, noise reduction, gain, etc.).
Please note: In the Multi-RX Mode, at least one transmitter must be involved in the pairing process; pairing cannot be completed between multiple receivers alone.
