This article describes the charging methods for the microphone and ways to check the battery level and provides some FAQ answers, helping you easily manage device power.
How to charge Mic Pro
Method 1: Via the charging case
- Before charging, make sure the charging contacts on the transmitter and receiver are fully aligned with the contacts in the charging case. When aligned, a noticeable magnetic attraction will be felt.
- Place the transmitter and receiver correctly into the charging case. Charging will begin automatically.
- For faster charging, use a 5V/3A or higher power adapter to power the charging case, and it is recommended to use the included USB-C cable.
Method 2: Via a charging cable individually
Connect the transmitter or receiver to a power source using a USB-C cable for charging.

When you open the charging case, the transmitter and receiver automatically power on. The receiver screen will display the following information:
- Battery levels of the receiver itself and the transmitter
- Remaining internal recording time on the transmitter

Charging status
During charging, the LED indicators light up and flash in sequence, indicating the charging progress:
- ●●●● (4 solidly lit): 97% to 100%
- ●●●● (3 solidly lit and 1 flashing): 76% to 96%
- ●●●○ (2 solidly lit and 1 flashing): 51% to 75%
- ●●○○ (1 solidly lit and 1 flashing): 26% to 50%
- ●○○○ (1 flashing and 3 off): No more than 25%
Non-charging status (normal operation or standby status)
When not charging, the LED indicators are solidly lit or partially flashing to indicate remaining battery level:
- ●●●● (4 solidly lit): 76% to 100%
- ●●●○ (3 solidly lit): 51% to 75%
- ●●○○ (2 solidly lit): 26% to 50%
- ●○○○ (1 solidly lit): 11% to 25%
- ●○○○ (1 flashing): No more than 10% (critically low battery, immediate charging recommended)
- Four LED indicators cycling in sequence: Firmware update in progress
Please note:
- When the battery level is below 10%, all battery indicators will turn off, and the device may not power on or record properly.
- If the LED indicators flash abnormally or are not illuminated, check if the charging cable and charging case contacts are clean, or try restarting the device.
- The battery level displayed may vary slightly depending on temperature and ambient environment. Please refer to actual device runtime.

How to charge Mic Air
As shown in the diagram below, attach the transmitter to the magnetic charging base, making sure the charging contacts are aligned. Charging will then begin.

FAQ
1. Does the receiver have a battery? Does the receiver need to be charged?
- Mic Air: The receiver has no built-in battery and therefore does not need charging. It is designed for plug-and-play when connected to a phone.
- Mic Pro: The receiver has a built‑in battery and needs to be charged.
2. Can the phone be charged while connected with the receiver?
Yes. While the receiver is connected to the phone, you can charge the phone by connecting an external power source to the receiver's USB-C port via a charging cable.
