Connect to a computer
You can connect the receiver to a computer in either of the following ways:
Please note: The transmitter cannot be used for audio input when connected to a computer via a cable; it only supports file transfer.
Please note: While the device supports a direct bluetooth connection to a computer, this method is not recommended. Direct bluetooth connection is compatible with limited recording software, offers average audio quality, and is susceptible to interference from surrounding wireless signals, which may lead to connection instability. For a more stable and high-quality recording experience, we recommend using a receiver. If you purchased the single-transmitter version, you can visit the Insta360 Official Store to purchase a receiver separately.
For more intuitive operational instructions, please refer to the Insta360 Mic Pro: Phone Connection Guide and Insta360 Mic Pro: Computer Connection and Usage Guide.
