1. Do Luna Series cameras support importing GPS data by connecting to the Insta360 app or a GPS remote?
No, this is not currently supported. We will continuously optimize our products to provide you with a better user experience. Thank you for your understanding and support!
2. After installing the Sliding Protective Case, can the camera still be attached to the Neck Mount? Will it affect the use of the Neck Mount?
No, they cannot be used simultaneously. Once the Sliding Protective Case is installed, the camera cannot be attached to the Neck Mount. If you need to use the Neck Mount, please remove the Sliding Protective Case first.
