Method 1: Via Wi-Fi

1. Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Quick Menu", then tap "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙) > tap on "Wi-Fi Settings" > turn on Wi-Fi.
2. Make sure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on your phone.
3. Make sure your Insta360 app is updated to v2.26.2 or later. To update, go to the Apple App Store or your device's app store, search for "Insta360", and tap "Update" if available. You can also download the latest version of the Insta360 app from the Insta360 website.
4. Open the Insta360 app, tap the "Camera" icon at the bottom, and select your camera from the device list to connect.
5. If the connection fails within the app, you can go to "Wi-Fi Settings" on your phone, find the camera's Wi-Fi, and manually enter the password to connect. 1. Enable NFC on your phone: Make sure NFC is enabled on your phone.
2. Tap to pair: Place your phone's NFC sensing area near the "Insta360" logo on the Detachable Touchscreen Remote of your Luna Ultra camera.
3. Tap the pop‑up notification to transfer: When a pop‑up notification appears on your phone, tap it to automatically launch the Insta360 app and start file transfer.

Luna Pro

1. Enable NFC on your phone: Make sure NFC is enabled on your phone.
2. Tap to pair: Place your phone's NFC sensing area near the top of your Luna Pro's lens.
3. Tap the pop‑up notification to transfer: When a pop‑up notification appears on your phone, tap it to automatically launch the Insta360 app and start file transfer.

Please note: Support for this feature and the location of the NFC sensing area on your phone may vary depending on the phone model.

Method 3: Via a USB cable

Luna Series cameras support wired connections for the following phone types:

• iPhone: iPhone 15 and later
• Android phones that support the OTG feature

The camera only supports file transfer via wired connection to the above phones and does not support camera control via wired connection. The steps are as follows:

iPhone 15 and later

1. Use the original Type-C cable to connect the camera to your phone.
2. Once connected, the camera will display connection mode options. Please select "File Transfer".
3. Open the Insta360 app, tap "Choose directory" > "Browse" > tap the "Back" icon to return to the previous page.

1. Select "Insta360" and tap "Open" in the top right corner.

Android phones that support OTG (Using a Xiaomi phone as an example)

1. Make sure your Insta360 app has been updated to the latest version.
