How to set up the Sound Direction mode

Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Quick Menu".
Tap "Audio settings", then select "Sound Effect Settings".

Supported Sound Direction Modes

Mode	Audio Recording Range	Applicable Scenarios
Omni	360° omnidirectional sound capture	Ideal for most core use cases, such as daily recording, multi-person conversations, or ambient sound collection
Front & Rear	Focuses on sound from the front and rear of the camera, while attenuating sound from the sides	Ideal for scenarios where one person is filming and explaining while another appears on camera, or for interviews, store visits, and other life-recording situations
