Luna Series: Formatting Memory
Applicable Models: Luna Ultra and Luna Pro
If your camera's storage is full or you encounter storage issues that require clearing the memory, you can try formatting the memory. Formatting erases all data from the storage, so it is recommended to back up any important files first.
How to format the memory
- Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to enter the "Quick Menu" > swipe right to enter the "Storage Management" page.
- Tap "Storage Management" > select Internal Storage or SD Card > select "Quick Format" or "Low-Level Format" > tap "Confirm".
- Quick Format: It's faster and clears all files in the storage.
- Low-Level Format: It takes longer. If the internal storage has undergone many read/write cycles, the camera may experience performance degradation leading to recording interruptions. In such cases, we recommend performing a low-level format to optimize internal storage performance.
Please note: Make sure to back up your important files before the format reset.
