By connecting the camera to your computer using the original USB cable, you can quickly enter the File Transfer Mode and easily transfer photo and video files. The following instructions detail the connection steps to help you manage your files efficiently.
How to connect the camera to a computer for file transfer
- Connect the camera to your computer using the USB cable included in the original packaging.

- Power on the camera. The screen will automatically display connection options. Select "File Transfer".
- Once the computer has successfully recognized the camera, open the USB flash drive corresponding to the camera, then navigate to the "DCIM" > "Camera01" folder. Here you can view and copy the photo and video files from the camera to your computer.

1. Why do two drives appear when I connect the camera to a computer?
If an SD card is inserted in the camera, two drives will appear when you connect the camera to a computer: one for the internal storage and one for the SD card.
2. Can files still be transferred if the camera is connected to the computer via the Battery Handle or the 1/4" Thread Handle?
Yes, files can be transferred normally.
3. Does the camera support connection to a computer for use as a webcam during video meetings?
This is not currently supported.
4. Does the camera support Type‑C to HDMI video output or HDMI input?
This is not currently supported.
5. Why does the file transfer speed only reach 40MB/s or less when I use the Battery Handle to connect the camera to a computer?
The Battery Handle features a USB 2.0 port, which has limited transfer speeds. Its transfer speed is slower than the USB 3.0 port on the 1/4" Thread Handle and on the camera itself.
