Checking the Serial Number (SN)

Method 1: Via the product packaging

Check the back of the packaging box, where the corresponding serial number label is attached.

Method 2: Via the client

1. Ensure the camera is connected to the Insta360 Link Controller client.
2. The serial number of the connected device is displayed in the upper-right corner of the client.

Alternatively, click the "..." icon in the control bar at the top-right of the client window, then go to "More Settings" > "About Us" to view the serial number.

Method 3: Via the camera body

Link 2C Pro: The serial number is located below the USB-C port.

Link 2 Pro: The serial number is located on the bottom of the gimbal base.
