1. How to set Privacy Mode for Insta360 Link 2 Pro and Insta360 Link 2C Pro?

Insta360 Link 2 Pro:

• Method 1: When no platform is using the audio and video of Insta360 Link 2 Pro, the camera will automatically rotate downward and enter a sleep state after 10 seconds to ensure privacy and security.
• Method 2: You may manually move the gimbal downward by 90° to make the lens face downward and immediately enter the Privacy Mode. (Moving the gimbal upward will not trigger the Privacy Mode).

Insta360 Link 2C Pro:

• Use the physical switch on the camera to enter and exit Privacy Mode as needed.

2. Does Privacy Mode support turning off the microphone?

Yes. After Insta360 Link 2 Pro enters Privacy Mode, it will automatically mute; after Insta360 Link 2C Pro enters Privacy Mode, you need to click the microphone icon in the lower left corner of the Link Controller to mute.
