1. How to upload logs of Insta360 Link 2C Pro/Insta360 Link 2 Pro/Virtual Camera/Link Controller?
- Method 1: Open Link Controller > click "Settings" > "Report Issue" > "Upload Logs". Select the date when the issue occurred, add the corresponding issue description, click "Upload Logs". After the upload is successful, click "Copy Log ID" and provide the corresponding log ID to Insta360 Technical Support.
*Note: When the camera and the Link Controller are properly connected, this method can upload the device log/virtual camera log and Link Controller log all at the same time.


- Method 2: Open the Link Controller > click "Settings" > "Report Issue" > "Retrieve Logs", then copy the log file from the local computer device and provide the corresponding log file to Insta360 Technical Support.
*Note: The logs exported by this method include the Link Controller log and the virtual camera log. If you want to manually export the device log, you need to click "Retrieve Device Logs" below the device name.
