2. Which meeting/live streaming platforms are compatible with Insta360 Link 2 Pro and Insta360 Link 2C Pro?

Meeting platforms: Support Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, GotoMeeting, Cisco Webex, Skype, etc.

Live streaming platforms: Support OBS, YouTube Live, Instagram, etc.

*Note: If you are using other platforms, as long as our device can be recognized and detected on the third-party software, it can generally be used normally.

3. Do Insta360 Link 2 Pro and Insta360 Link 2C Pro have to be used with Link Controller?

No, they don't. Insta360 Link 2 Pro/Insta360 Link 2C Pro supports being connected to a computer and used with the Link Controller, and also supports being directly used with third-party platforms.

*Note:

In third-party software, select "Insta360 Virtual Camera" to output the virtual camera video stream. The virtual camera supports virtual background, smart whiteboard, makeup, and beautify functions.
Virtual Camera does not currently support using 50fps and 60fps. Among them, Beautify and makeup functions do not support 4K resolution.

4. Do Insta360 Link 2 Pro and Insta360 Link 2C Pro have requirements for the computer's performance?

Insta360 Link 2 Pro and Insta360 Link 2C Pro are compatible with computers running Windows and macOS systems. The following configurations are recommended:

System Requirements	CPU: i5-5th generation or higher (some advanced features require i5-10th generation or higher). Memory: 8GB or more (some advanced features require 16GB or more).
Link Controller	Windows: Windows 10 or higher. ARM-based Windows systems are not supported. Mac: macOS 10.13 or higher (virtual camera requires macOS 13.0 or higher).
Background Blur & Background Replacement	Windows: Supports all NVIDIA graphics card devices. Note: Windows devices with AMD series graphics cards may have compatibility issues when using background blur and background replacement features. Some AMD series graphics cards that have passed compatibility tests: Radeon(TM), RX Vega 10, 780M, RX 560, RX 6600, RX 6750 GRE. Mac: Supports all devices with macOS 13.0 or higher.
Green Screen	Windows: NVIDIA 1050Ti and above graphics cards support green screen keying with a resolution of 4K and below. Graphics cards below 1050Ti do not support the green screen keying function. Non-NVIDIA graphics cards all support a resolution of 4K and below. Mac: Apple M series chip devices support a resolution of 4K and below. Apple Intel series chips only support a resolution of 1080P and below.
Natural Brokeh	Windows: Natural bokeh only supports Windows computers equipped with NVIDIA's GeForce GTX1080 or higher, and RTX2060 or higher graphics cards. Windows computers equipped with AMD series graphics cards do not support the natural depth of field function. Resolution support (depending on graphics card computing power): Desktop computers: Graphics card computing power of 8.6 points or above: Supports a resolution of 4K and below. Graphics card computing power of 7.5 points or below: Supports a resolution of 1080P and below. Laptop computers: Graphics card computing power of 8.9 points or above: Supports a resolution of 4K and below. Graphics card computing power of 8.6 points or below: Supports a resolution of 1080P and below. To confirm your graphics card specifications, please visit NVIDIA official page. Mac: Only Mac computers with M1 or higher chips are supported. Mac computers with Intel series chips are not supported.

It supports Linux-based computers with UVC/UAC protocols. *Note: There is no Linux version of the Link Controller.
