Description

When using Link for video meetings, an echo may occur with the microphone, and you may hear your own voice repeated.

Solution

  1. Check your audio devices
  • If using external speakers: Using external speakers is a common cause of echo. Please switch to your computer's built-in speakers to help reduce echo.
  • If using computer's built-in speakers: If you still experience slight echo with the built-in speakers, you can appropriately lower the speaker volume to minimize the echo caused by sound reflection.
  1. Adjust audio settings

When using video meeting software, check its audio settings first. If the software supports "Echo Cancellation" or a similar feature, please enable it to see if the issue is resolved.
