Description
When using Link for video meetings, an echo may occur with the microphone, and you may hear your own voice repeated.
Solution
- Check your audio devices
- If using external speakers: Using external speakers is a common cause of echo. Please switch to your computer's built-in speakers to help reduce echo.
- If using computer's built-in speakers: If you still experience slight echo with the built-in speakers, you can appropriately lower the speaker volume to minimize the echo caused by sound reflection.
- Adjust audio settings
When using video meeting software, check its audio settings first. If the software supports "Echo Cancellation" or a similar feature, please enable it to see if the issue is resolved.
