Description
When recording videos using a Link series camera in the Link Controller or third-party software, the saved footage's audio and video are out of sync.
Solution

- Try a different media player: Some players can cause sync issues. Using VLC Media Player is recommended.
Please note: PotPlayer is known to potentially have this issue; please avoid using it.
- Check external microphone: If you are using an external microphone, try switching to the built-in microphone on the Link camera for recording to see if the issue persists.
- Test with a third-party software: Try recording with another software (e.g., OBS) to check if the same issue occurs.
- Check client version: Ensure that your Link Controller is updated to the latest version.
Link 2, Link 2C, Link 2 Pro and Link 2C Pro

Background Blur, Background Replacement

Windows devices with AMD graphics cards may experience compatibility issues when using Background Blur and Background Replacement. Please consult Customer Service before purchase if unsure.

- Free up computer RAM: Close unnecessary background applications to free up more memory.
- Reduce resolution: Lower the resolution in the platform you are using. Using 1080P or 720P is recommended.
- Change background settings: If you are using "Video Replacement" or "Bokeh" in the virtual background (as shown below), try switching to a different background.

- Check client version: Ensure that your Link Controller is updated to the latest version.
