Applicable Models: Link, Link 2, Link 2C, Link 2 Pro, and Link 2C Pro

Reason

  1. Gimbal malfunctioning (for Link and Link 2 only): The gimbal might be obstructed or stuck by a foreign object.
  2. Camera overheating: The camera has triggered a protection mechanism due to high temperatures after prolonged, intensive use.
  3. Hardware malfunctioning: Components, such as the motherboard, may be damaged.

Solution

1. Check gimbal (for Link and Link 2 only)

Check the camera and gimbal for any obstructions like debris or cables. Gently rotate the gimbal to ensure it moves smoothly without sticking.

2. Check camera temperature

If the camera has been operating for an extended period and is noticeably hot, stop using it immediately. Disconnect the power and allow it to cool down before restarting.

3. Reconnect camera

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable, or connect to a different USB port on your computer. If possible, test the camera with another computer.
