Applicable Models: Link, Link 2, Link 2C, Link 2 Pro, and Link 2C Pro

If the camera malfunctions, or you wish to reset all settings, you can restore it to factory settings by following the steps below.

How to reset a camera

1. Connect your Link camera to Insta360 Link Controller.
2. Click the "..." icon in the upper right corner of the client > "Settings" > "About Us" > "Factory reset".
