Method 1: Via Insta360 Link Controller
Click the "..."icon in the upper right corner to open "Settings" > select Insta360 Link 2, Link 2C, Link 2 Pro or Link 2C Pro under "Audio Device" > drag the Volume slider to adjust the volume. Dragging it all the way to the left (0) mutes the microphone.
Click the microphone icon in the bottom left corner and select Insta360 Link 2, Link 2C, Link 2 Pro or Link 2C Pro as the audio device.
Click the "..." icon in the top right corner > "Settings" > check the box "Use Computer to Adjust Microphone Volume".
Drag the volume slider to adjust the volume. Dragging the slider to 0 turns off audio input.
Method 2: Via your computer system settings
Open the computer settings, navigate to "Sound" > "Input" > "Volume", and adjust the microphone input volume or mute it.
