Serial Number

Q1. How to check the serial number of Insta360 Link 2/Insta360 Link 2C?

The serial number consists of 14 letters and numbers. There are three ways to find it:

1. By inspecting the package: The serial number for each camera is on the back of the original product packaging.
   
2. By examining the device: The serial number for Insta360 Link 2C is located on the back cover of the main unit. For Insta360 Link 2, it can be found at the base of the gimbal.
   
3. By connecting to the Insta360 Link Controller: Once connected to the Insta360 Link Controller, click on the "..." icon in the top control bar. Then, select "Settings" > "About Us" to view the serial number.
