• Insta360 Link 2: The webcam will automatically enter Privacy Mode when the lens faces downwards for 10 seconds. You can also manually adjust the lens downwards to enter Privacy Mode.
• Insta360 Link 2C: Slide the privacy switch to enter or exit privacy mode.

Q2. Can the microphone be turned off in privacy mode?

Yes, you can turn off the microphone through the Insta360 Link Controller software. Click "More" > "Other Settings" and enable "Mute in Privacy Mode" to ensure more comprehensive privacy protection.
Note: Only Insta360 Link 2 supports this feature.

Q3 How to wake up the camera when Link 2 is in privacy mode?

You can wake up the camera in the following ways:

• Method 1: Re-enable the camera video stream to wake it up automatically.
