Q1. How do I restore Insta360 Link 2 and Insta360 Link 2C to factory settings?

In the Insta360 Link Controller, click on the "..." icon on the top control bar and then select "Settings" > "About Us" > "Factory Reset", which will reset the device to its initial factory settings.
