Note: If you are using other platforms, as long as our camera can be recognized and detected by the third-party software, it should generally work properly.

Insta360 Link 2 and Insta360 Link 2C are compatible with computers running Windows and macOS. We recommend the following specifications:

  • CPU: 5th Gen Intel Core i5 or higher. Some advanced features require 10th Gen Intel Core i5 or higher. There are no CPU requirements for Macs.
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.13 or later (some advanced features require macOS 13.0 or above).
  • RAM: At least 8GB.

Background Blur & Background Replacer Windows
  • Windows: Supports all NVIDIA GPUs.
  • AMD GPUs may experience compatibility issues; please contact the Insta360 Customer Service team before purchasing.
  • Verified AMD GPUs include Radeon (TM), RX Vega 10, 780M, RX 560, RX 6600, and RX 6750 GRE.
Mac OS
  • Mac: macOS 13.0 or later.
Natural Bokeh Windows
  • Windows: NVIDIA's GTX1080 or later, RTX2060 or later GPUs.
  • Does not support AMD GPUs.
  • *Natural Bokeh (Windows) does not support 4K.
Mac OS
  • Mac: M1 chip or later. Does not support Intel chips.

Yes, Insta360 Link 2 and Insta360 Link 2C support Linux systems with UVC/UAC protocol.

Note: The Insta360 Link Controller software is not available for Linux.
