The serial number is the unique identifier for your camera, often required for warranty claims and official technical support. You can find it on the product packaging, in Insta360 Link Controller, or on the camera body itself.

Method 1: Check on packaging box

Check the label with a corresponding serial number on the back of your camera's packaging box.

Method 2: Check via the client

1. Ensure that your camera is connected to Insta360 Link Controller.
2. Click the "..." icon in the top control bar of the client.
3. From the menu that appears, select "Settings".
4. Then, click "About Us" to check the serial number.

Method 3: Check on camera body

Link 2C and Link 2C Pro: The serial number is located on the back cover of the camera.

Link 2 and Link 2 Pro: The serial number is located on the bottom of the camera's gimbal.

Link: The serial number is not indicated on the camera body. Please use one of the other two methods listed above to find the serial number.
