We suggest that you update the Link firmware to the latest version by upgrading in USB mode.

USB drive mode upgrade tutorial:
1)Use the Type-C USB cable that comes with the box to connect Insta360 Link to your computer.
2)Tap the Touch Key three times and check that the indicator light flashes white. Then, press and hold the Touch Key for 5 seconds, and the indicator light will turn blue. The indicator light will stay blue for 2 seconds, then it will turn white, indicating that Insta360 Link has entered update mode. You will be able to see a device named "INSTA360" in "My Computer".
Note: When the white light flashes, you need to press and hold the Touch Key immediately. If the indicator light turns green after 5 seconds, the upgrade will exit and you need to repeat step 2.
3)Download the firmware update file here from Insta360's official website. Copy the file to the Insta360 Link hard drive named "INSTA360".
4)Tap the Touch Key three times and check that the white light flashes. Then, press and hold the Touch Key for 5 seconds, and the indicator light will turn blue. The device will restart and the blue light will flash slowly, indicating that the firmware is upgrading.
