The free cloud service benefit claimed after activating your X5 can be used normally in the Insta360 app, but is unavailable in the Insta360 Studio, where the page prompts for a subscription.
Please troubleshoot step-by-step as follows:
Please confirm that the account used to log into the Insta360 app is the same as the one used for the Insta360 Studio. If these two login accounts differ, we recommend logging out of the current account in the Insta360 Studio and logging back in with the correct account linked to your camera. The cloud service will then function properly.
Please note: If you are unsure which account is linked to the cloud service, swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Control Center" > tap "Sync files to cloud" > select "Sync Settings" > tap the "Personal Center" icon in the upper right corner to view the account bound to your camera.
If you have confirmed that the accounts on both clients are the same, or the issue persists after logging in again, please update the Insta360 Studio to v5.6.4 or later. After the update, log into your account again and the cloud service will work properly.
