Insta360+: Unable to Unbind Cloud Service

Description

Since the credentials for the cloud service account previously used to bind the camera have been forgotten, the currently bound account cannot be identified, resulting in login and unbinding failures.

Solution

  1. Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the Control Center > swipe right to switch to the "Insta360+" page > tap "Sync settings" > tap the "Personal Center" icon in the top right corner > check the displayed bound account information.
  2. Log in to the Insta360 app with the retrieved account > go to "Me" > tap "My cloud and devices" > find the camera to unbind in "Device Settings" > tap "Settings" (Gear icon) on the right > tap "More operations" below > select "Remove camera".
