Insta360+: Unable to Unbind Cloud Service

Applicable Models: X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, X5, and Ace Pro 2

Description

The camera is bound to the cloud service, but the user has forgotten the information of the previously bound account, making it impossible to log in to the Insta360 app for unbinding.

Solution

  1. Check the bound account: Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > tap "Sync files to the cloud" > tap "Sync settings" > Tap the "Personal Center" icon in the upper right corner to view the currently bound account.

  1. Unbind the camera: Log in to the Insta360 app with the retrieved account > go to "Me" > tap "My cloud and devices" > find the camera to unbind in "Device Settings" > tap "Settings" (Gear icon) on the right > tap "More options" below > select "Remove this camera".
