Eligibility criteria
To qualify for this promotion, you must meet both requirements below:
- Your cloud service account has never redeemed free cloud service, nor has it subscribed to or signed up for paid cloud service.
- You have not bound any device, or have bound an X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, X5, or Ace Pro 2 camera.
Ineligible scenarios:
- This promotion is not available for purchases made in Insta360 Store or through Alipay.
- Users who have previously subscribed to the Insta360+ Cloud Service are ineligible.
How to participate
- Ensure your Insta360 app is updated to v2.3.0 or later.
- Open the Insta360 app, tap "Me", and the promotion will pop up automatically.
- Tap the pop-up to enter the purchase page and select your preferred plan. Available plans: 200GB/month, 1TB/month, 2TB/month.
- Check the box to confirm "I have read and agree to the Insta360+ Privacy Policy, Insta360+ Terms of Service and Insta360+ Moments Feature Service Statement", then tap "Start Your Free 30-Day Trial".
- Complete the payment as prompted to enjoy the 30-day free trial benefit.

3. After redeeming the first month free cloud service with one Insta360 account, can I redeem it again with a different account or login method?
Eligibility is determined by your device's Apple ID or Google Play account. After redeeming the 30-day free cloud service with your first Insta360 account, this Insta360 account will be bound to the Apple ID/Google Play account logged in on your device at that time. If you switch to another Insta360 account or change your login method but keep the same Apple ID or Google Play account on your device, you will not be eligible to participate in the promotion again.
4. If I'm eligible for the first month free cloud service, and my new camera comes with a cloud service benefit (e.g., 1 year of free 1TB cloud service with X5), how will these two offers be triggered?
- The camera-specific benefit takes priority: When you activate/connect your new camera, the Insta360 app will first prompt you to redeem the cloud service benefit specific to 360 cameras (e.g., 1 year of free 1TB cloud service with X5).
- Next, the first month free trial is triggered: If you close or ignore the camera-specific benefit pop-up, the "first month free trial" promotion for new users will appear when you enter the cloud service purchase page. If you sign up for the first month free trial at this point, you will no longer be able to redeem the cloud service benefit specific to 360 cameras.
