How to claim
- Download or update the Insta360 app: Ensure the Insta360 app on your phone is updated to v2.6.0 or later.
- Log in to your account: Open the Insta360 app and log in with your regular Insta360 account. If you have not yet registered, please complete the registration first.
- Connect camera: Connect your X5 MM93 2025 Championship Edition (Marc Márquez Edition) / X5 / X4 Air / X4 / X3 camera in the Insta360 app. When connecting the device for the first time, follow the on-screen instructions to complete device activation and binding.
- Update camera firmware: To ensure a smooth claiming process, please check and upgrade your camera firmware to the latest version after connecting the device.
- Tap to claim: After a successful connection, a prompt will pop up in the Insta360 app. Please follow the on‑screen instructions to complete the claiming. Afterward, the system will automatically activate free access to the Insta360+ Premium Cloud Service for your account.
Please note:
- For purchases of the above devices from official stores outside the Chinese Mainland, the free cloud service will be issued directly to the email address registered when placing your order.

1. Will the service be automatically renewed with fees deducted after the free cloud service expires?
Yes, it will be automatically renewed with fees deducted. If you do not wish to renew the service, please manually cancel the subscription through the original subscription channel (e.g., App Store, Google Play) at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. After cancellation, the service will terminate automatically upon expiration with no further charges incurred.
2. Can I cancel the subscription during the free trial period?
Yes, you can, but we do not recommend doing so. If you cancel your subscription within the free trial period, it will be deemed as a waiver of the offer, resulting in an immediate loss of the remaining free service, with no possibility of claiming the benefits again. If you do not wish to renew the service, you may cancel it in advance before the end of the free trial period to avoid subsequent charges.
3. Can the offer be claimed on multiple devices with a single account?
No. Each user account may claim the benefits only once. If you own more than one eligible device, you must sign in with a different Insta360 account on each device to claim the benefits individually.
4. Can the claimed cloud service be transferred as a gift or cashed out?
No, this is not permitted. This exclusive benefit is a virtual service designated solely for the account that originally claimed it. It cannot be transferred, gifted, or cashed out.
5. Why can't I see my subscribed cloud service on the Insta360 Website?
This is a normal phenomenon. Please refer to the Insta360 app for details of the free cloud service benefits. They are not currently shown on Insta360 Store, but this does not affect your normal use of the service.
6. Does the free cloud service include Care (FlexiCare) or an extended warranty?
No, it doesn't. This promotion only covers cloud storage and related features (such as sync, sharing, playback, editing, and export). It does not include any insurance-related benefits (such as free extended warranty, camera replacement, and priority in shipping).
7. I have activated my device, but didn't claim the free cloud service at that time. How can I claim it later?
You may claim the benefit again via the Insta360 app. Please update the Insta360 app to the latest version. After connecting the corresponding camera in the Insta360 app, a pop-up notification will appear if you meet the eligibility requirements. Follow the instructions in the pop-up to complete the sign-up and claiming process, and you will successfully claim the benefit. You may initiate the claiming process again at any time, provided that your device and account remain within the promotion period and meet the eligibility requirements.
8. If I log in with a different account after activating the camera and claiming the benefits, will accessibility of the free cloud service be affected?
Yes, it will be affected. If you log in with a different Insta360 account after claiming the cloud service benefit, you will no longer be able to access the cloud service benefit tied to the original account. The free cloud service benefit is bound to both the account and device used for claiming. Once successfully claimed, the benefit is exclusively for the use of the original account and cannot be transferred to any other account. Please confirm that you are logged into the account you intend to use long-term before activating the device and claiming the benefit.
