How to view uploaded cloud media

Via the Insta360 app

1. Open the Insta360 app and log in to your Insta360+ account used when purchasing the cloud service.
2. Go to the Album page > tap "Cloud" at the top to view your cloud media.

Via Insta360 Studio

1. Open Insta360 Studio and log in to your Insta360+ account used when purchasing the cloud service.
2. Go to the Media page and click the "Cloud" icon in the upper left corner to view your cloud media.

Please note: When your network connection is strong, cloud media is nearly identical to local media in terms of preview quality, playback smoothness, and editing experience. If playback is choppy due to weak network conditions, the Insta360 app will prompt you to switch to Proxy Mode. This mode reduces preview clarity for smoother playback, without affecting the quality of your final exported or shared media.

FAQ

1. Why do I see fewer media files on my camera than those uploaded to Insta360+?

This may happen because your camera's memory card contains media from other camera models. These files are not displayed on the camera but can be uploaded to Insta360+ using X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, X5, or Ace Pro 2.

2. Can media uploaded via the cloud service be viewed on a webpage or in a browser?

Currently, cloud media can only be viewed in the Insta360 app or Insta360 Studio. Previewing or viewing via a browser is not yet supported.

3. Does Insta360 Studio support filtering cloud media by specific date?

Currently, Insta360 Studio does not support filtering cloud media by specific date. Cloud media can be viewed using four sorting methods: "Date Uploaded", "Date Created", "Camera", and "File Duration". You can try using these sorting methods to locate all media from your target date.
