Insta360+: How to Check and Redeem Service Benefits

If you have subscribed to the Insta360+ Cloud Service, you can activate services such as extended warranty and Care through the following process. This guide walks you through every step, all the way from logging into the Insta360 Website and checking your benefits, to binding them to your camera by entering its serial number. This way, you can start using the service without delay.

How to check your benefits
  1. Visit the Insta360+ Cloud Service page on the Insta360 Website, and log in with your subscriber account for Insta360+ service.
  2. After logging in, click "Insta360+".
  3. Access the Insta360+ management page to check your benefits.

Please note:

  • You will see the prompt "Not Subscribed" if you are not within the benefit period.
  • Unsubscribing from services subscribed via the Insta360 app is not supported on the Official Website.

Benefit binding
  1. Open the binding page

Visit the Bind Insta360+ Services to Your Camera page.

  1. Log into your subscriber account

Enter your Insta360+ subscriber account on the binding page and click "LOG IN".

Please note: If there are no unbound service benefits under your account after logging in, you will see the prompt "There are no valid Insta360+ services for your account" and be redirected to the Insta360 Website homepage by default.

  1. Enter the serial number and bind

In the designated input box on the page, enter the "serial number for the camera you wish to bind", and click "BIND".

Please note:

  • Unactivated cameras cannot be bound with service benefits.
  • The restriction "Free extended warranty requires camera activation within 15 days" is removed — you will directly enjoy a 2-year warranty after binding.
  • If you cannot bind Insta360 Care, you’ll automatically receive a $30 no-threshold coupon as compensation.
  • If the camera has already activated a certain type of service benefit (e.g., extended warranty has been bound), the same type of free benefit cannot be bound to the camera again.
  • Insta360+ service benefits under the same account can be bound to different Insta360 cameras respectively.
  1. Confirm the binding result

After clicking "BIND", if the page displays "Binding successful", it means the benefit has taken effect.

After successful binding, you can check the benefit by visiting the Product Serial Number Query page.
