You can cancel your Insta360+ subscription at any time. Upon cancelation, your files will be available in the cloud for 60 days at no additional charge. During this period, you can still view, edit or download files but you will be unable to generate links to share footage. After 60 days, all remaining files will be permanently deleted from the cloud, and you will no longer have access to them.
Additionally, canceling Insta360+ will invalidate the Extended Warranty, Insta360 Care and Insta360 FlexiCare services redeemed through Insta360+, and you will not be able to redeem any unused services or benefits. The regular product warranty and any services purchased separately will still apply.
You can experience a higher tier of Insta360+ by purchasing a new plan at any time via Google Play, the iOS App Store and your Alipay account.
Google Play:
Upon purchasing your new subscription plan, the upgrade will take effect immediately and the remaining balance of your original Insta360+ subscription will be automatically credited to your new plan.
iOS App Store
If you purchase a cloud service duration upgrade while keeping the storage capacity, the new subscription plan will begin automatically at the end of your current Insta360+ subscription. Your old plan is not eligible for a refund.
If you purchase a storage capacity upgrade while keeping or increasing your subscription plan's duration, the new subscription will begin immediately and the remaining cost of your current Insta360+ subscription will be automatically refunded.
Alipay:
Upon purchasing your new subscription plan, the upgrade will take effect immediately and the remaining cost of your current Insta360+ plan will be automatically refunded.
If you don't want to renew your subscription automatically, please cancel your subscription plan before the next renewal date.
