How to restore the remote to its factory settings

GPS Preview Remote (with Built-in Mic)

Navigate to the remote's Settings menu, find and select "Factory Data Reset", then tap "Factory Reset".

GPS Preview Remote

1. Swipe left or right on the remote's screen to enter the Settings menu.
2. Swipe down and select "Factory Data Reset".
3. Tap "Factory Reset" to complete the operation.

GPS Action Remote

1. Press the remote's Shutter Button to enter the Settings menu.

2. Press the Mode Button to switch the settings option to "Factory Reset".

3. Press the Shutter Button again and select "Yes" to confirm the reset.

Mini Remote

Factory reset is not supported.

Ring Remote

Factory reset is not supported.

Please note: A factory reset or reset of the remote will not unbind it from the camera. Before performing a factory reset, be sure to back up your important data, as this operation will erase all personal settings. If you need to unbind the remote from the camera, please delete the remote pairing record on the camera.
