Finding Your Serial Number

1. Back of the Box

The serial number is located on the back of the box.

2. Camera Settings Page

1. Press the power button to turn on the Action Pod.
2. Swipe down on the touchscreen to open the camera settings page -> tap Settings -> tap About Camera to view the camera's serial number.
   

3. Insta360 App

1. Connect GO Ultra to the Insta360 app.
2. Enter the My page on the Insta360 app and tap Device Information to view the camera's serial number.
   

4. Insta360 Studio

1. Open Studio on your computer and import the original film.
2. Select the original film and open the file properties window in the right menu bar to view the camera serial number.
