GO Ultra: Installation & Removal of MicroSD Card

The memory card (MicroSD card) serves as your camera's digital film, so you should insert it properly to keep recording seamless and your files safe. Below is a guide on how to correctly install and remove the memory card.

How to install or remove the memory card

1. Press and push the memory card slot cover upward on the camera body to open it.
2. With the cover open, insert the memory card, aligning the notch with the slot. Gently push the card inward with your fingertip until you hear a "click", indicating it is securely locked.
3. If you need to remove the card, press it gently with your fingertip, and it will automatically eject.
4. Then, push the cover back into place, ensuring the orange mark is no longer visible.

Please note: If the memory card gets stuck due to incorrect insertion, you may try to remove it with tweezers or similar tools. If it still cannot be taken out, please apply for Insta360 for Repair Service for further assistance.
