GO Ultra: Active HDR

GO Ultra: Active HDR

Applicable Models: GO Ultra

The Active HDR feature is specifically designed for sports or moving scenarios. It provides enhanced image stabilization for your media while maintaining a high dynamic range. Below is a guide on how to enable Active HDR Video and HDR Photo.

How to enable or disable Active HDR Video

  1. Navigate to the shooting screen of the camera and tap the "Mode" icon in the lower left corner.
  2. Swipe left or right to select any of the following modes: "Video", "Loop Recording", "FreeFrame Video", or "Toddler Titan".
  3. Swipe up from the bottom of the camera screen to access the shooting specification settings page. Tap the top left corner to toggle "Active HDR" on or off.
  4. After enabling Active HDR, set the video resolution and frame rate. The Active HDR mode only supports resolutions / frame rates up to 4K@60fps. If the set video resolution and frame rate exceed the supported range of the Active HDR mode, the toggle will turn off automatically. When the set resolution and frame rate fall within the supported range of the Active HDR mode, the toggle will turn back on.
  5. To disable this feature, go back to the shooting specification settings page and tap the top left corner to disable "Active HDR".
