Connect to the Insta360 app

1. Turn on the camera.
2. Activate both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your phone.
3. Open the Insta360 app, tap the camera icon on the homepage to connect the camera, then follow the instructions on the interface. When connecting the camera for the first time, tap Confirm on the Action Pod or press the shutter button to authorize.

If GO Ultra is unable to connect to the app, find your camera in the smartphone's Wi-Fi menu, enter the serial number, then return to the app. Once connected, the camera's Wi-Fi password can be changed on the Insta360 app settings page.

Still can't connect to the Insta360 app?

1. Check if the Insta360 app has permission to access the Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth, or local network.
2. Check if Wi-Fi is enabled on the camera.
3. Make sure the camera is close enough to the phone.
