Applicable Models: GO 3, GO 3S, and GO Ultra
When shooting for a long time in an environment with high humidity or low ambient temperature, a small area of fog may appear on the surface of the camera's Lens Guard.
This is caused by water vapor condensing on the surface of the Lens Guard due to the temperature difference between the cold exterior and warm interior. It is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the camera's waterproof performance.
Place the camera still for about 5 minutes. The fog on the Lens Guard will dissipate naturally, and the camera can be used normally afterward.
If the fog does not dissipate after standing for a period of time or affects normal use, we recommend you apply for Insta360 Repair Service for professional diagnostics.
