GO Series: How to Repair Corrupted Files

Applicable Models: GO 3, GO 3S, and GO Ultra

If you are unable to open media files in the Insta360 app or Insta360 Studio or the message "File Corrupted" appears, you can repair the files by yourself with our repair tool "Insta360 File Repair" or contact the Customer Support for assistance.

Scenario 1: Video files are corrupted or cannot be previewed

Please note:

• Do not move the file or disconnect the power supply during the repair process.
• Successful repair depends on the extent of file corruption, so we cannot guarantee 100% success in recovering your files.
• Even if the video is recovered, information such as gyroscope data or audio may not be restored.

GO 3S and GO Ultra

File repair via Insta360 File Repair is not currently supported. Please contact Insta360 Customer Support for further assistance.

Scenario 2: Corrupted photo files or unsuccessful self-service video repair

If your photo files are corrupted, cannot be previewed, or if the video file still cannot be opened after self-service repair, please contact Insta360 Customer Support for assistance.
