GO Series: Quick Reader Fails to Charge Camera

Applicable Models: GO 3 and GO 3S

I. Check charger

  1. Ensure the charger you use has a specification of 5V/2A or higher.
  2. Unplug and re-plug the charger once to ensure a secure connection.

II. Clean metal contacts

Use a soft cloth to gently wipe the metal contacts on the Quick Reader and the back of the camera body. After confirming no dirt remains, reconnect to attempt charging.

If charging still fails, place the camera back into the Action Pod and check if it charges normally:

  • If the camera charges normally, we recommend further inspection of the Quick Reader.
  • If the camera still fails to charge, we recommend further inspection of both the camera and the Action Pod.
