FAQ

1. Is the camera's built-in microphone a condenser or dynamic microphone?

The built-in microphone is dynamic, not a condenser microphone.

2. Does the camera record audio in mono or stereo?

It records audio in mono.

3. What is the maximum sound level that GO Ultra can record?

GO Ultra’s microphone can withstand extremely high sound levels of up to 135dB, which far exceeds most daily and professional recording scenarios, such as concerts (~110dB). Even in extremely noisy environments or situations with sudden loud sounds (e.g., electric drills, explosions), GO Ultra can clearly and completely record audio, effectively preventing distortion or hardware damage and ensuring audio quality.

4. Why was the Stereo mode of GO Ultra renamed Original Audio mode?

Through repeated testing and user feedback, we found that "Original Audio" more accurately reflects the performance of the current audio mode. Therefore, we renamed it "Original Audio".
